nyc eats: chobani soho

Did you know Chobani has a restaurant / cafe thing??? I didn't. It's in SoHo and AMAZING. I'm obsessed and sad to be too broke to go every day- not that that's ever stopped me...There's fresh toppings, yummy sandwiches, and refreshing drinks, all served on chic wooden boards. It's taking all my willpower to not run back for another glass bowl of Greek yogurt and a 16oz cold brew. Ugh.

The restaurant itself is adorable and chic. Glass walls, wooden ceilings/floors, bronze lampshades, and fresh fruit create an inviting and very Instagram-able atmosphere.

I ordered the Toasted Coconut + Pineapple yogurt, which comes with fresh pineapple, toasted coconut flakes, crushed hazelnuts, and light agave nectar. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that the bowl the yogurt is served in is actually glass and not plastic- it's shaped exactly like the Chobani yogurts you buy at the supermarket, but feels more legit. I just really love glass bowls if I'm being honest.

I also ordered the Smoked Salmon + Herbed labne Simit Sandwich. The Simit bread is crunchy and goes well with the smoked salmon and cream cheese. Very very yummy. I ordered the half size and plan on getting the full size the next time I go back.

I definitely recommend swinging by here for a light breakfast or snack if you're ever by SoHo! Everything is made fresh and I loved everything I tried today. God bless you, Chobani SoHo.
